These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Techups Solutions, operating under the domain Khoto.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Khoto.ai offers an AI-powered image transformation service where users can upload personal photographs, select a desired style, and receive a stylized image via email. The service is provided upon receipt of payment through Stripe.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.
• You have the legal right to upload the images and grant us the rights described herein.
• The images do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

4. Payment and Delivery

• Full payment is required upfront via Stripe.
• The stylized image will be delivered to the provided email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• No revisions or alterations will be provided post-delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Users retain ownership of the original images uploaded.
• We grant users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the stylized images for personal and commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of the stylized images for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the user.

6. Data Storage

Uploaded and generated images are stored temporarily to facilitate potential resends upon user request. We do not store images beyond the necessary period required for service provision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khoto.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
